Info zu Never Enough

Singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Parker McCollum is following up his breakout major label debut, Gold Chain Cowboy, with his forthcoming studio album, Never Enough, out May 12 (MCA Nashville). McCollum earned his first-ever No. 1 hit with his double-platinum certified premiere single, “Pretty Heart,” and his follow-up gold certified single, “To Be Loved by You,” also hit No. 1 on the charts.

Lucchese teamed up with UMG Nashville and McCollum to thoughtfully transform each space throughout Dee Lincoln Prime, all rooms paying tribute to a track from Never Enough. The "Burn it Down" room featured custom Lucchese candles and cigars, while the "Handle On You" room nodded to the song's dark bar and whiskey themes with Crown Royal. A "Hurricane" room boasted a southern-Louisiana aesthetic with a raw bar and hurricanes for sipping, and the "Tails I Lose" space was complete with an old school jukebox and disco ball.

Never Enough releases on the heels of McCollum's third consecutive #1 smash, "Handle On You." The album bristles with honesty and attitude, shot through with equal parts rock guitar and country songwriting. Produced by Jon Randall, Never Enough pairs McCollum with some of the most esteemed songwriters from Texas to Music Row on 15 tracks that underscore authenticity, vulnerability, and a little bit of defiance.

McCollum has been named an "Artist to Watch" by Rolling Stone, Billboard, SiriusXM, CMT and RIAA, with American Songwriter noting, “The Texas native teeters on the edge of next-level superstardom.” MusicRow listed McCollum as their 2021 Breakout Artist of the Year and Apple also included him as one of their all-genre "Up Next Artists" Class of 2021. A dedicated road warrior, McCollum made his debut at the famed Grand Ole Opry in 2021 and he already sells out venues across the country (over 40 sold-out shows nationwide in 2021) including record-breaking crowds in Dallas (20,000), The Woodlands (16,500), Austin (7,500-plus), Lubbock (7,700-plus), Jackson (5,000-plus), Kearney (3,000-plus), Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, and three nights at Fort Worth’s iconic Billy Bob’s Texas.

Parker McCollum

Parker McCollum
A native of Austin, Texas, Parker has made a strong impression on critics and fans alike. American Songwriter notes, “he teeters on the edge of next-level superstardom, taking cues from rule breakers like Chris Stapleton and Kacey Musgraves” while Rolling Stone adds, “Parker is a no-holds-barred, confessional singer-songwriter who excels at relatable tales.” Parker continues to rack up impressive streaming numbers recently crossing over 350M total career domestic streams.

Parker has been named a SiriusXM Highway Finds Artist and has previously been selected as an Artist to Watch by CMT, Rolling Stone, SiriusXM, MusicRow and Sounds Like Nashville. A singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and dedicated road warrior, Parker began building a following in 2015 with his album The Limestone Kid. The track “Meet You in The Middle” became a hit on Texas’ regional radio chart — no small feat for an independent, 22-year-old musician — but it was the album’s widely-acclaimed follow-up, Probably Wrong, that helped Parker find national success. Compared to John Mayer and Jason Isbell by Rolling Stone, Parker supported the album with a string of sold-out shows, bringing record-breaking crowds to venues like San Angelo’s RiverStage and two sold-out night at Billy Bob’s along the way. Born in Conroe, TX, the 27-year-old entrepreneurially-spirited artist bridges the gap between Texas’ homegrown music scene and Nashville’s country-industry headquarters.
