Was als unvergessliches Live-Erlebnis und einer der ersten Auftritte der Band nach 16 Jahren begann, wird nun zu einem außergewöhnlichen Live-Album und Film.

Das Konzert in der Royal Albert Hall war das erste eines Trios von Londoner Shows während der "Comeback Special"-Tour - die anderen fanden in der Brixton Academy und im Troxy statt -, die alle innerhalb von Minuten nach Verkaufsstart ausverkauft waren.

Mit einem Headline-Auftritt beim dänischen Heartland Festival ein paar Tage vor dem Royal Albert Hall-Konzert traten THE THE zum ersten Mal seit 16 Jahren wieder live auf. Die verjüngte Band, bestehend aus den früheren Mitgliedern James Eller am Bass, DC Collard an den Keyboards und Earl Harvin am Schlagzeug sowie dem neuen Mitglied Barrie Cadogan an der Gitarre an der Seite von Matt Johnson, spielte das ganze Jahr 2018 über ausverkaufte Shows und trat bei Festivals auf der ganzen Welt als Headliner auf.
