The fifth album in the series 'Songs inspired by wandering the Globe', inspired by the worldwide travels of Mike del Ferro. This album contains songs in five different languages: Dutch, English, French, German and Portuguese, with songs by Thijs van Leer, Ramses Shaffy and Antonio Carlos Jobim along with original material by Mike del Ferro and David Linx.

Mike del Ferro (born in Amsterdam) is an internationally renowned, enormously versatile pianist. With appearances so far in 116 countries throughout the world, his performances vary from solo recitals to crossovers with traditional music, the latter taking him all over the world. He is the son of opera singer Len del Ferro (1921-1992) who worked with many international stars including Maria Callas and Leonard Bernstein.
