Info for Cool Cat Crazy
The one-man band, in persona Frankensnyder, combines stoner rock with alternative, electro and metal. He writes his lyrics in German and English. Stories about life on the streets, everyday life in the interpersonal swamp, sung with an angry West Coast slang.
Live, Frankensnyder performs solo, with guitar and tape machine, like a ramp sow at Telezoo. The single Fullmoon is the template for the rest of the album's sound design. A wistful vocal tells of a full moon night and reluctance to meet friends at a monthly full moon party, in the heart of the Mohave Desert. A gloomy sound that laughs at every smoothly shaved surface in its raw organism generates the desire to meet friends in the most beautiful nature and to dance the night away with them, from the interstices of analogue sounds.
