Avita Duo

Avita Duo
This dynamic Mother / Daughter Duo has recently performed their diverse and captivating programs in Italy, Austria, and Russia; in addition to Illinois, Maine, Colorado, Minnesota and Iowa. Award winning soloists Katya Moeller (violin) and Ksenia Nosikova (piano) have enjoyed collaborating for 10 years. The 2019-2020 Season included performance tours to Brazil and Southeast Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, and Bangkok). This is a chamber music group that you will not want to miss!

Great presentation! The harmony between them is impressive. The violinist is very young, but shows a technical maturity observed in great musicians. The repertoire ranged from baroque to contemporary, showing the musical versatility of the duo. It was very worth being there! I hope to listen to them again in a future presentation. I suggest that next time it is in the main hall. They deserve it and so does the audience. (from audience member's note to Sala Cecilia Meirles, Rio de Janiero, translated from Portugese)
