Cantores Sancti Nicolai
Justyna Hanusiak , direction

The Cantores Sancti Nicolai Male Choir
was founded at the beginning of 2017 by Father Stanislaw Adamczyk, the founder and conductor of the Boys' Choir Pueri Cantores Sancti Nicolai, active in Bochnia since 1987.

The members of the Male Choir are graduates of the Boys' Choir, for whom the possibility of performing choral music is still a great passion.

The choir's repertoire is very diverse. It ranges from works by Renaissance and Baroque composers, such as A. Lotti, G. Allegri, G. P. da Palestrina, among others, through compositions by Romantic masters such as S. Moniuszko and A. Bruckner, to works by contemporary composers - S. Rachmaninoff, J. Swider, F. Biebl, H.J. Botor, O. Sznicar, P. Jańczak. However, the choice of such a wide repertoire is not accidental, as the vast majority of these compositions are sacred, as the main purpose of the choir's activity is to enrich the liturgy with singing.
