"HAMMER KING are back! Once again, the quartet led by former Ross The Boss singer Titan Fox bows in honour of the mighty Hamme King and releases the brand new, sixth studio album King and Emperor on 22 March 2024 via Napalm Records. Across a total of ten tracks, the royal power metal force delivers a bombastic firework of hits that won't give your neck muscles a break.
Since their formation in 2015, HAMMER KING have impressed with five studio albums and brilliant live shows, such as at the Summer Breeze Open Air 2022. König und Kaiser follows the hammering Kingdemonium and crowns the band's work to date with new, royal anthems and a guest contribution from The Tribune, the singer of label mates WARKINGS, with whom HAMMER KING will embark on a major European tour in spring 2024.
On König und Kaiser, thunderous drums meet lightning-fast riffs that honourably roll out the red carpet for catchy sing-along choruses. Unbridled headbanging is just as much a part of the programme here as the epically raised fist that reaches up to the Olympus of the great Hammer King. HAMMER KING once again rely on the collaboration with Charles Greywolf from genre giants POWERWOLF, who recorded the new masterpiece in his Greywolf Studio and produced it together with singer Titan Fox. King and Emperor was mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen at Hansen Studios, who is known for his work with bands such as Amaranthe, Arch Enemy and Volbeat. The album cover was created by artwork virtuoso Péter Sallai. With König und Kaiser, HAMMER KING present a great new album bursting with power, impressively manifesting their status in the scene. HAMMER KING's third album was recorded by Charles Greywolf (POWERWOLF) at Studio Greywolf. The third chapter of the Hammer King saga highlights the Nautical Trilogy centering about the infamous Cape Horn sailing routes.
After a career-spanning hiatus, HAMMER KING had returned in 2015 with their first ever album "Kingdom Of The Hammer King" – "King Is Rising" followed in 2016. HAMMER KING celebrate the truest Heavy Metal in this and all possible other worlds – Heavy Metal in the tradition of Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Pfalzgraf Luitpold.
Hand-picked by thy majesty himself, the band consists of former ROSS THE BOSS vocalist Titan Fox and former SALTATIO MORTIS drummer Dolph A. Macallan alongside "Currently Vacant" on bass and Kleveland's most timeless lead guitarist: Gino Wilde.
