Emanuele Primavera
Born in Enna October 10, 1980, from an early age Emanuele Primavera cultivates his passion for music, first with the classical studies of piano and then, at sixteen, with what will prove to be his real dream artistic and professional, that studying drums and love for jazz. He moved to Rome to attend the University of Music where he studied with Ettore Mancini and Fabrizio Sferra; attended different seminars and workshops including that of Beerkley Umbria in 2003 and earned a scholarship ;has participated in workshops Elvin Jones, Paul Motian, Enrico Pieranunzi, Roberto Gattoand participates in specialized courses for training in jazz trio, like the one held at the Siena Jazz. In 2012, with his quartet Line Out Quartet, won the first prize and two awards of the audience at the National Competition ”Chicco Bettinardi“, a competition dedicated to new talents of Italian jazz, having achieved the previous year, the remarkable result of a second place in the standings. He participated in the quality of teaching assistant at the Seminar of Piazzajazz 2011 and 2012 and still carries out teaching at a few centers of jazz training in Sicily. It' appeared in radio and television programs.

He has performed and collaborated with Steve Grossman, Joe Lovano, Davide Kikoski, Ben Van Gelder, Salvatore Bonafede, Francesco Cafiso, Francesco Bearzatti, Ares Tavolazzi, Fabrizio Bosso, Rosario Giuliani, Chiara Civello, Ameen Salem, Daniele Scannapieco, Riccardo Fioravanti, Stefano Maltese, Giovanni Falzone, Enrico Zanisi, Alessandro Lanzoni, Gabriele Evangelista,Giovanni Mazzarino, Sandro Gibellini, Andrea Beneventano, Pietro Ciancaglini, Wolter Wierbos, Stefano D’anna, Dino Rubino, Fabio Morgera and many more.
